1UP Sports staff helps adults establish specific fitness goals and recommends the right combination of fitness classes to reach these goals.
Nutritional assistance is offered as well as an initial assessment and a quarterly assessment to measure progress.

60 minutes
1UP circuit training that strengthens your entire body. This 60 minute workout is set up with stations and timed intervals, all challenging your major muscle groups by using a state of the art weight room, TRX's Dynamite Balls, Bosu Balls, Balance Boards, Sand Bells, Rip Trainers, etc. Class is held on an indoor turf, weight room and sometimes outdoor field on beautiful days!

This class is for all male adults who want to get in shape and be their healthiest and strongest selves.
The focus of this class is on body strength, weight training, core strength, balance and movement. The goal is to increase muscle mass and shed excess weight while working out with men around the same age.
