Rounded Development

Our Youth program is focused on developing young athletes physically, mentally and emotionally. There are 2 components that make up an Elite athlete … athleticism and mental toughness. Great athletes usually have one or the other. Elite athletes have both. At 1UP you will learn to master both of these skills to compete at the highest level.

Physical Development

Youth athletes will develop from the ground up, literally! Athletes will be taken through drills and workouts strengthening their feet, ankles, knees and core. Our training will prepare young athletes for a multitude of sports teaching them to efficiently run, cut, jump and compete through our certified Speed and Strength Program and Skills Training.
