Rounded Development

Middle School athletes will continue to put well rounded athlete development at the forefront of training. Athletes will be prepared to embrace “failure” as progress and a necessary stepping stone to improvement in sport and in life. Through competition and positive reinforcement coaching, athletes will continue to progress physically, mentally and emotionally.

Physical Development

Middle School athletes will learn how to better use their growing, developing bodies in sport. Through training of often overlooked areas in the body, athletes will better understand the fundamental biomechanics of the human body. Athletes will begin to have an understanding of how to efficiently and effectively accelerate, decelerate and run at top speed. Athletes will also learn how to best explosively lateral cut, jump and change direction.

“The coaches are amazing and passionate. They teach the boys not just about football, but how to be a better player, teammate and person.”
